Welcome to the official webpage of William T. "Ty" Nestor, candidate for Randolph County Circuit Judge. My goal is to completely eliminate politically motivated decisions from the courtroom, ensuring that all judicial rulings are respected by litigants and the community. I look forward to serving everyone with fairness and impartiality. As I publicly stated in my original press release, "Who you are, what region of Randolph County you are from, how much money or you do or do not have, or what your real or perceived political influence might be should never be considerations that have bearing on a court-ordered decision. On May 14, 2024, vote for William T. "Ty" Nestor and take a step forward toward the changes we want to see. A new day is coming for Randolph County...

Ty is a Republican running for the non-partisan position of Judge. In 2020, he became the first Republican Member of the West Virginia House of Delegates to serve the vast majority of Randolph County in 113 years. As a twice elected Delegate he:

TRANSFORMED West Virginia into a SECOND AMENDMENT SANCTUARY STATE strengthening West Virginian's rights to keep and bear arms.

He voted for and worked to increase the salaries of EDUCATORS, MEMBERS of the WEST VIRGINIA STATE POLICE, DIVISION OF CORRECTIONS, and THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS.

He PROTECTED the lives of the UNBORN by helping advance PRO-LIFE legislation.

He FOUGHT for the creation of NEW JOBS with the passage of the INDUSTRIAL ADVANCEMENT ACT that helped bring more HIGH PAYING CAREERS and bolster the ECONOMIC INFRASTRUCTURE of our State - including several FORTUNE 500 COMPANIES.

He helped FIGHT and WIN the battle to keep biological males from competing against women in scholastic athletics.

He assisted VETERANS, FIRE, EMS, and POLICE by securing Local Economic Development Funding and by the advancement of legislation benefitting these vital agencies.

He helped to ABOLISH taxes on PERSONAL PROPERTY, REDUCE STATE PERSONAL INCOME TAXES, and REDUCE INCOME TAX on SOCIAL SECURITY INCOME for seniors.

He did this by sponsoring, supporting, and voting for legislation to achieve these results.

*If elected the candidate swears and affirms that he will apply and uphold existing and settled law fairly and impartially without regard to his own personal interest and views.

Who should administer the criminal and civil laws of Randolph County for the future?

Ty Nestor is the only candidate in the race who has never been a judge or a prosecutor. He has NEVER requested to be ASSIGNED or APPOINTED to any of these positions either. Attorney Ty Nestor is a PROVEN LAWYER and he has already demonstrated that he can make things better for RANDOLPH COUNTY as an ELECTED OFFICIAL. He is committed to everyone EQUALLY because he has earned the PRIVILEGE and OPPORTUNITY to SERVE you the HONEST and HARD way...HE GETS ELECTED IN CONTESTED RACES without becoming beholden to certain people or their SPECIAL INTERESTS. On May 14, 2024, vote for PRINCIPLE over POLITICS and put the values of HARD WORK, LOYALTY, & RESOLVE on the Randolph County Bench in Division 2.
